Filofax Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Filofax is a company based in the UK that produces a range of personal organiser wallets. The organisers are traditionally leather bound and have a six-ring loose-leaf binder system. The design originated at Lefax, a United States company from Philadelphia which was exporting products to the UK. The company also markets a range of personal leather goods and luggage under the "Filofax" brand.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I worked at Letts Filofax full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Paltry wages No training Very backward thinking Unwilling to invest in forward thinking practices Terrible management (although some mid management were acceptable) Not flexible with issues/commitments Contacted regularly when on holiday Expected overtime with no pay"
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I worked at Letts Filofax full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Badly managed, and backwards thinking. Even in my initial interview I was asked if I minded working in a male dominated workplace, which was a warning signal. Both within departments and between departments there is not a team atmosphere. There is not much opportunity for promotion or development, generally speaking. Ideas for improvement are not listened to and there is next to no support for employees. A very negative experience as a whole."
